Transport Consultancy and Research
JSA provides research and consultancy services, including congestion relief, wayfinding and development feasibility studies. Research is also undertaken with the Helen Hamlyn Centre at the Royal College of Art.
Some of the research projects include:
- Studies of property development opportunities around stations or on railway land.
- Transport studies such as investigating the effects of partial line closures while undertaking station upgrade works.
- Transport interchanges from a user perspective.
- Research into wayfinding principles at Heathrow Airport
- Inclusive design studies with the Helen Hamlyn Centre.
